How do I sign in?

The portal to access the Smart and Skilled application uses the Australian Government Digital Identity System to protect you and our system. You will need this to prove who you are online.

Using a Digital Identity is safe and convenient. The Digital Identity System keeps your personal information encrypted and secure.

When you are signed in, you'll only be able to see the information relevant to your organisation. For help setting up a digital identity, visit https://www.mygovid.gov.au/set-up

Once you have your personal digital identity, you need to link it to your organisation through Relationship Authorisation Manager, visit for more information: https://info.authorisationmanager.gov.au/
